OFFICIAL RULES FOR BABY ENVISION 3D 4D ULTRASOUND SWEEPSTAKES FOR OUR BRIGHTON, MICHIGAN LOCATION.
BABY ENVISION SWEEPSTAKES 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. PRIOR PURCHASE, SERVICE OR NEW PURCHASE OR SERVICE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older.
Baby Envision 3D 4D Ultrasound Michigan Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on January 10, 2011 and ends 11:59 p.m. (ET) on March 9, 2011 ("Entry Period"). Employees and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by US Law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter the sweepstakes, you must fill out the online form and enter a valid e-mail address or phone number and contact name.
Baby Envision Sweepstakes, entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET) on March 9, 2011.
All entries become the property of Baby Envision and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Limit: One entry per person. Mass entries or entries generated via automated devices will be disqualified. Entries accepted through on-line form only. Mail entries not accepted.
4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. No purchase necessary. Ultrasound Gift Certificate towards Bronze Package will be awarded during the Entry Period. The ultrasound is retail valued at $95.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per monthly drawing. Gift certificate is awarded only and no cash will be given in lieu of certificate.
5. WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected from the eligible entries received during the entry period.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Drawing decision is final and binding. Each winner will be notified by the contact information provided within 2 days after the drawing. Acceptance of certificate must be completed within 2 weeks or any right to the certificate will be forfeited. Entry & acceptance of the gift certificate constitute permission to use a winner's name for promotional purposes including online posting without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7.
